Pakistanโ€™s ‘Naan Pakoda’! Would You Eat This?

This is chickpea flour bread (besan wala naan) from Faisalabad, Pakistan. Or what I call “Naan Pakoda” because it’s made exactly the same way.

First, the bread is covered in chickpea flour, spices, onion, chilli, coriander, and potato. And then deep-fried.

I love pakode, but Naan Pakoda just comes out too oily and flavourless because inside is just white bread.

What’s better are the yummy samosas offered at Samosa Square in Bhawana Market. Or the warm milk from Bangali Milk Shop.
