Why is Pakistan’s BBQ SO GOOD?

And finally, they don’t baste with oil or marinade. They baste with the animal’s own fat and barbecue it slowly over charcoal.

The meat comes out light, juicy, and smokey and you eat it alongside moist lightly spiced Kabuli Palau rice.
